Minister Mu.Ka.Azhagiri's son & Young Tamil film Producer Dhayanidhi Azhagiri is now producing "Thungaa Nagaram" after entertaining movie "Tamil Padam". Even though many films came based on story in Madurai, Dhayanithi hopes Thoonga Nagaram would be the different and also concentrating on it. As per Durai Dhayanithi's request Minister Mu.ka.Azhagiri has accepted to act in a scene as a Minister in this film.
On the date of releasing ThoongaNagaram, we can see many cut outs for Minister Mu.Ka.Azhagiri.
